The breif

To engage with the brands core Talent base, to increase Talent retention and create an opportunity for new Talent aquisition. Increase overall brand awareness within the UK market.

The idea

To launch a Talent Awards event. This meant we could create a new brand that stood on it’s own, to showcase the companies high calibre of Talent. This gave back value to the Talent and awarded them for their successes, emphasied that the brand cared enough to promote them, showed clients a high perfoming portfolio and an active recruitment agency that cares about the people they work with.

The outcome

Exisiting Talent shared the entry page, increasing new Talent to join the agency as well as giving the agency a chance to engage with its core Talent every year. The awards became its own brand that lasted 5 years, each year gaining a larger following.

Koncise - Cyber Security Reseller

The breif

A complete re-brand, including a new website. To get to ​a point where the CEO and I were on the right page, I ​ran a brand workshop with the whole team. Defining ​the companies USP led the way with the creative d​irection.

The idea

The companies USP was “personable”. This was ​importsnt to incorporate this into the branding. After ​researching different colours and what they represent I ​found a muted grey/blue hue. This showcased “quality”, ​“trustworthy” and the synergy with being in the IT ​sector. The website design was based around a simple ​UX design, with the companies “personal” message ​coming to the forefront. That included bringing the ​teams faces onto the site rather than stock images as ​before.

The outcome

A fresh, modern and clean look. With a new standalone ​“icon”. I launched the site at Christmas, which allowed ​me to sync and design new christmas gifting/SWAG at ​the same time. Making a multi-channel launch.
